Cypher is a 3D, 3rd person ability shooter.
The Player is set to fight through large groups of enemies and solve puzzles called cyphers to Defeat a sector of the government called the PHC (Population.Heart.Control) . Solving Cyphers leads to opening new doors to new areas and different government bases. For your abilities and ult skill trees can be mixed together as the player progresses defeating enemies they can also gain exp and skill points to put into skill trees. The Visual Style is in a 3D colorful cyber funk style with tones of neon flashes and colors with tones of techno and smaller hints of futuristic themes.
